- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
 

2. Shipping

- We offer standard shipping within the United States.

- Shipping times are typically 3–7 business days.

- Once your order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

- Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
 

3. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase.

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

- Exchanges may be approved if inventory is available.
 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.

- We will replace the item or issue a refund.
 

5. Cancellations

- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

- Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
 

6. Refunds

- Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.

- Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

- All products are handmade; slight variations in texture, color, or scent may occur.

- Please review ingredients and perform a patch test before full use.
